During this stage, we encourage you to share your preferences and requirements regarding style, quality, and other specifications you would like us to follow. We will also discuss pricing, delivery schedules, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Your input is highly valued as we strive to provide you with the best possible service.

2. OUR DELIVERY INFRASTRUCTURE

After the Chat & Development setup, we can create a shared folder in a cloud storage for file transfers..

At Retouch Master, we have an IT network designed for High-Availability.

We have two servers, one in our main office and the other in a Data Center, to reduce the possibility of network failures, power outages, or hardware/software issues.

Additionally, we backup and store your Photo Images for up to three months to ensure they are secure and accessible if needed.

3. OUR WORKFLOW

At Retouch Master, we have implemented a thorough Double Quality Checking System for all work that comes through our servers.

Upon arrival, our admins register and sync your work to our editors' computers for editing.

After the editing process is complete, your work is synced back to our servers where our Quality Control (QC) Team meticulously reviews it to ensure it meets your requirements and our high standards.

Once the QC team approves the work, it goes to our QC team leader for another thorough check before delivery.

This system ensures that all work is accurately completed and meets our clients' expectations.
